Thank you for this reminder to continually don a lens of gratitude and remember all the good, even if the bad all too often feels like it’s in the forefront. Hoping that you were able to remember and find peace and comfort in doing so.
I’m guessing that you were preparing yourself for a challenging day! There certainly have been many, many days of disturbing news on the personal, local, national and international level for all of us. I hope you can choose something off your list to help you today. I’m taking your idea and putting on some music that stirs my soul – peace in the moment.
